Visa Invitation Letter

Prior to traveling to Canada for the 2014 International Conference Innovation for Financial Services, please review Citizenship and Immigration Canada's List of Countries Requiring a Visa for Entry to clarify your Visa requirements. The Conference Organizers recommend that if required, you apply for a visa as soon as your attendance is confirmed, as visa requests can often take months to process.

If necessary, we can send you an official Letter of Invitation after you register, which you should include in your application and bring to your visa interview. The Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have paid their registration fees. Please submit the letter, together with your visa application form, to the Canadian embassy or consulate in your country.

Letters of Invitation will not be issued to Accompanying Persons. Please note that while the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for all costs of attending the Conference. Application for a visa must be made by the person to whom this letter is addressed and directly to the appropriate Canadian Embassy/High Commission. The Conference Secretariat will not apply for a visa on your behalf. For details, please visit the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website.
